On a phone the menu tucks into one button and closes once you pick a room. You stay in the game, not in the menu.
Devices
Open AW8 in the browser on your phone. The lobby, the tables, and the fixtures come with you. No install needed to get in.
A wide screen shows more of the floor at once. A phone stacks it so your thumb can still reach the next game.

02
Titles stay on the screen. Odds lines, numbers, and table columns scroll sideways instead of shrinking into something you cannot read.

Buttons are large enough for a thumb. Focus stays visible if you use a keyboard. The menu button tells you whether it is open.
The browser is the direct way in, on a phone or a computer. If someone sends you a file, leave it until you know where it came from.
Swipe to see every column.
| Method | Status | What it is | What to do |
|---|---|---|---|
| Mobile browser | Ready | The lobby in the browser you already have. | Type the address yourself, then look for HTTPS. |
| Android application | Check first | A file is not the same as the lobby in your browser. | Install only from a publisher and an address you already trust. |
| iOS application | Check first | A store button on a strange page is still a strange page. | Read the publisher name before you install anything. |
| Desktop browser | Ready | The same lobby, with more of the floor on screen. | Use the same address check you use on a phone. |
Five checks cover most of the risk around a new device or a new address.
Read the address bar. A matching logo is not enough.
Prefer HTTPS. Remember that the lock encrypts the connection and does not prove the brand.
A file from a chat, an email, or a misspelled page is a file to refuse.
If you later confirm an official app, read the publisher name and the permissions before you install it.
Install system updates, and keep the browser updated, before you sign in on a phone you have not used in a while.
Yes. Open AW8 in the phone browser you already use. The lobby stacks so the next game stays within reach.
A tablet shows more of the lobby than a phone. When the window gets tight, rooms stack into one column so nothing is squeezed.
Play in the browser first. If you later install an app, take it from a publisher you recognise, not from a link someone sent you.
Leave it unopened until you have confirmed the publisher and the address it came from. A message from a stranger, or a page with a misspelled domain, is not that confirmation.
